This impressive stone manor
house, dating back to the
13th century, has been
recently converted into a
charm and refined country
vacation rentals, where the
subtle pastel shades,
together with the carefully
selected furnishings,
contrast perfectly with the
severity of the stone, the
red-baked floor tiles, the
wood and the wrought iron to
create a personal and
pleasant ambience which
appears fresh and new.
Now our Country House Torre
del Guado is an elegant
holiday farmhouse with a
well-tended equipped garden,
located in panoramic
position amidst the green
and picturesque landscape of
Tuscany, at northeast of
Arezzo and close to Umbria.
Our vacation estate features
5 self-catering apartments
for rent, each one
individually designed, with
independent entrance from
the garden, and excellent
facilities for a memorable
holiday in Tuscany:
ecological pool, private
covered parking, mountain-
bikes,ping-ping, miny
volley, beautifully restored
rooms for meetings,
ceremonies ( catering
service).
The setting is
delightfully tranquil,
surrounded by meadows, with
excellent views of the the
Appenines mountains and Tall
Valley of the Tiber.
From our very large private
garden (20000 sqm) around
the villa there is a
spectacular view on the Alta
Valle del Tevere and
Appenines mountains. Set in
beautifully maintained
gardens there are the large
and ecological swimming
pool with sunbeds, (15x7
metres), 3 covered
gazebos , private places
with tables, chairs and
sunshade for every
apartment, an open barbecue
with table where you can
enjoy a barbecue or drinks
outdoors.

Arezzo are at 10/25 minutes
driving distance.

enjoy from cappuccino to
aperitif, fresh grocers with
lots of local products,
great butcher (salami and
prosciutto are hand made by
the owner butcher who keeps
his pigs/cattles at a nearby
farm where they are raised
in open space), Countless
lovely restaurants. If you
are porcini/truffle lover,
you should try restaurants
in Caprese Michelangelo
(30min), the natal village
of the great painter
Michelangelo!
For people interested in
finding a real bargain in
the world of "haute couture"
(women's and men's) there
is, nearby, a small,
exclusive shopping centre

Siena, on the edge of the
Chianti wine region and of

for visiting Rome and many
cities of art of Tuscany
(Siena, Florence, Arezzo,
Cortona etc.) and Umbria
(Assisi, Gubbio,
Perugia...). They all are
easily accessible through
the nearby E45 speedway,
situated only 3 kms from the
villa, and A1 highway 34 kms
far.
At Torre del Guado you can
enjoy all the benefits of a
